The Moinian Group to finish renovation of 13-story 60 Madison Avenue

The Moinian Group is set to complete an extensive multi-million dollar renovation of the 13-story, 195,000 s/f 60 Madison Ave., its landmarked office property in Midtown South. The final phase of renovations—upgrading 60 Madison's lobby—will begin early in the fourth quarter of this year. Upon completion, the new lobby will display Moinian's signature technique of blending a building's historic charm with high-end design. The upgrades will include all new windows, security, new elevator cabs and turnstiles, common corridors, a new lobby front, and a renovated glass and stone lobby interior designed by Gensler. These vacancies are now available for leasing through Murray Hill Properties. Smaller office suites are also available for tenants who do not require the full two floors.
