The Kaufman Org. brokers two leases at 450 Seventh Avenue - 7,569 s/f

The Kaufman Org. has secured two deals totaling 7,569 s/f at The Nelson Tower, located at 450 Seventh Ave. The deals include: * Jassin Consulting Group, a management consulting firm that specializes in licensing, branding, mergers and acquisitions in the fashion industry, signed a five-year lease for 3,169 s/f. The firm works in London, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Korea. The Nelson Tower will be the firm's U.S. headquarters. Barbara Raskob of Kaufman represented the landlord and Grant Greenspan, along with Howard Rosenblum of Kaufman represented the tenant. * Bloom Hochberg & Co., P.C., an accounting firm that specializes in tax, accounting and consulting services, signed a seven-year, 4,400 s/f renewal lease for the entire 41st floor. The firm has been a tenant at The Nelson Tower for over 40 years. Steven Kaufman of Kaufman represented the landlord and tenant. 450 Seventh Ave., located in the Fashion District, features 24-hour, 7 day-a-week on-site security and management. Tenants include the Citibank Real Estate and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Coal Fire, Reliant Security, Stuart Dean Inc. 450 Seventh Ave. is steps away from Herald Square and Penn Station. The Kaufman Organization, with 100 years experience and 5.4 million square feet of owned or managed space, has long been considered one of the most prominent and well-respected real estate companies in the New York metropolitan area. The company offers a fully integrated spectrum of leasing and management services to diverse owners and tenants and is continually looking to build its portfolio through property acquisitions.
