The Iconic Group develops 95-unit Arias in Park Slope neighborhood

Park Slope's fast-emerging Fourth Ave. corridor has taken another step forward with the grand opening of Arias, a new rental building. Designed to reflect its brownstone neighbors, the boutique 12-story building boasts 95 studio, one and two-bedroom residences complete with designer features and appointments unrivaled in the rental market, according to The Iconic Group, developer of Arias. The building also features a comprehensive amenity offering highlighted by a landscaped rooftop club featuring cabanas, sunbeds, a social fire pit, grill, and bar. Arias Park Slope will make its anticipated debut with a professionally-decorated model home and leasing center designed by Emmy-Award winning television personality Cathy Hobbs, founder of locally-based interior design firm apherea inc. and formerly host/executive producer of Metro Residential TV. "Originally conceived as a condominium building, Arias has a considerable advantage over other Brooklyn rental properties," said Hillel Fischman, a managing director of The Iconic Group. Designed by the world-renowned architectural firm, Ismael Leyva Architects, P.C., the building is notable for its multi-toned brick façade which has been inspired by neighboring brownstones and is punctuated by expansive windows, floating glass balconies, and a four-story glass curtain wall that optimizes natural light and captivating views of Prospect Park and the Manhattan skyline. "The luxury and convenience found inside these residences are what separate Arias from the competition," said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, Inc., the building's exclusive marketing and leasing agent.
