The Icon Companies leases 25,000 s/f for new Sky Zone location; To open at 3179 Erie Boulevard East at Dewitt Town Center

Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park, creator of one of the world's first all-trampoline, walled playing court, has revealed its newest franchise located at Dewitt Town Center. Franchise partner, Colleen Fitzgerald, opened one of the most successful parks in Canton, Mich. in 2012 and is opening a Sky Zone location where she attended college. With plans to open Sky Zone's doors in 2014, the new 25,000 s/f facility will include an Open Jump Court, Ultimate Dodgeball courts, SkySlam Basketball court and a Foam Zone. Sky Zone will offer residents the ultimate 3-D play experience. The all-trampoline walled courts are designed for optimal air time with popular activities such as Open Jump, offering a court of connecting trampolines where the sky is the limit and Ultimate Dodgeball, for a fresh new take on that favorite childhood pastime. "Since Sky Zone was founded in 2004, we have opened 54 locations across the United States and Canada and look forward to bringing our unique concept to Syracuse," said Jeff Platt, president of Sky Zone LLC. "We are pleased to offer residents a new twist on recreational activities and our goal is to have fans in every city nationwide jumping for joy." "We are very excited about the Sky Zone project and the opportunity to offer a new thrill park for people of all ages to the Syracuse community," said leasing representative Grazi Zazzara Jr of the Icon Companies. "The Sky Zone brand will be a great addition to the Dewitt Town Center and we look forward to the success of this partnership." The new Sky Zone is located at 3179 Erie Blvd. East at Dewitt Town Center. Located throughout the United States and Canada, Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park welcomes jumpers of any age, shape or physical ability for a one-of-a-kind experience.
