The Hampshire Cos. has completed the acquisition of a 317,400 s/f flex building located at 5700 Audubon Dr. The acquisition was made on behalf of Hampshire Partners Fund VII portfolio, Hampshire's recently launched $350 million institutional real estate investment fund. The building features close proximity and easy access to the Richmond's superior transportation infrastructure including the Richmond Airport. 5700 Audubon Dr. also offers the opportunity to expand the current building an additional 13,000 s/f.
