The Feil Organization signs three leases totaling 12,182 s/f

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization has signed three new deals encompassing a total of 12,182 s/f at 488 Madison Ave., a 25-story, premier office building. David Turino, director of commercial leasing at the Feil Organization, represented Feil in all three transactions.

• Slater Slater Schulman LLP, a leading national civil litigation law firm, has signed a 4,473 s/f lease for a term of five years at an asking rent of $70 per s/f. The tenant was represented by Michael Nazarian of Norman Bobrow & Company.

• Madison Realty Management Corp., a premier real estate owner and operator, has signed a 10-year, 2,469 s/f lease at an asking rent of $68 per s/f. The tenant was represented by Jonathan Anapol of Prime Manhattan Realty.

• Vidrio Financial, a fast-growing technology company serving clients in the financial services industry, has leased a 5,240 s/f furnished, prebuilt space on the ninth floor. The five year lease had an asking rent of $68 per s/f. The tenant was represented by Gordon Ogden and Benjamin Mohr of Byrnam Wood LLC.

“Midtown continues to command interest from professional services firms, as evidenced by these transactions,” said David Turino, director of commercial leasing at the Feil Organization. “We strive to exceed our tenant’s expectations, and will work closely with each tenant to customize their space and optimize the in-office work experience for their employees.”

Feil announced that Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP, a commercial law firm, signed a long-term lease on the entire 23rd floor of 488 Madison, spanning 10,593 s/f. The tenant was represented by Scott Gutnick and Cooper Weisman of Newmark Realty.

Built in 1949, 488 Madison Ave. is a 447,000 s/f office building in Midtown Manhattan. Situated along 51st and 52nd St., 488 Madison overlooks St. Patrick’s Cathedral, features central transportation access and proximity to world-class retailers in the high-traffic shopping district.
