The Feil Organization leases 5,348 s/f

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization said that Foundry Learning Center has expanded its footprint at Four Park Ave. by an additional 5,348 s/f and extended its existing lease, now occupying the entire third floor for a total of 20,600 s/f. This expansion marks a milestone for Feil, as it achieves 100% occupancy for the retail program at Four Park Ave., a multifamily property in Murray Hill.

“Fully leasing Four Park Avenue’s retail space reflects our long-standing commitment to assembling a high-quality tenant mix rooted in long-term collaboration,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing at The Feil Organization. “Foundry Learning Center’s decision to expand and extend its lease underscores the strength of our partnership and validates the success of our recent capital improvements.”

Formerly the Vanderbilt Hotel, Four Park Ave. offers access to Grand Central Terminal, Penn Station and the 6 train. Following multi-million-dollar renovations, the residential building now features upgraded studio and one-bedroom apartments with high-quality finishes and modern amenities. Current retail tenants include Champion Parking, Duane Reade, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse and Empire State University.

Feil was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener and Robert Fisher. Foundry Learning Center was represented by Clint Dewey from Colliers.
