Kleinberg of Colliers represents Quality Services for the Autism Community in lease at Simone’s 1200 Zerega Ave.

Bronx, NY Simone Development Companies made known that Quality Services for the Autism Community (QSAC), a nonprofit organization serving children and adults with autism, has signed a long-term lease for 12,891 s/f of second-floor space and 12,377 s/f of outdoor area at 1200 Zerega Ave. 

Simone Development was represented by its in-house leasing and legal teams alongside Mathew Diana of DY Realty, while Josh Kleinberg of Colliers represented QSAC.

QSAC is relocating its Bronx Center to the property to support its expanding programs and operational needs in the borough.

“QSAC provides critical services to children and adults with autism and their families throughout New York City and Long Island, and we’re proud to support that work,” said Joe Simone, president of Simone Development Companies. “At Simone, our vision is to support the communities we serve through the acquisition, development, and management of well-located, high-quality properties. We’re thrilled to welcome QSAC to 1200 Zerega Ave. and to see this site now fully leased with a mission-driven organization that brings real added value to the Bronx.”

The two-story, 95,646 s/f building includes on-site parking and offers access to the Hutchinson River Pkwy., the Bruckner Expwy., the Cross Bronx Expwy., the #6 subway line Zerega Ave. Station, and multiple bus routes.
