
Queens, NY The Feil Organization recognized that City University of New York’s LaGuardia Community College has extended its lease for 10 years at 30-20 Thomson Ave. within Queen’s Atrium, an eight-story office building in Long Island City. A longstanding tenant for nearly 15 years, LaGuardia Community College occupies 210,334 s/f across the first, second, third and lower floors.
LaGuardia Community College was represented by Ira Schuman of Savills in the transaction, and the Feil Organization was represented in-house by Randall Briskin, vice president of real estate. LaGuardia Community College is a college in the CUNY system.

Queen’s Atrium, located at 30-20 Thomson Ave., is a 425,300 s/f office building.

Built in 1914, the former industrial building has been refurbished into a modern office and conference center in Long Island City, close to Midtown Manhattan and Long Island. Situated in a neighborhood experiencing rapid growth into a residential and commercial hub, the building is well connected with its own bus service to local transportation hubs, including multiple subway lines and bus routes, and the Long Island Railroad Hunters Point station.
