The Feil Organization hires Sydness Architects to provide design services for two towers

French Building at 551 Fifth Ave. "We're delighted that the Feil Organization chose us to work with potential tenants who are considering spaces in these very attractive, landmark properties," said George Chin, AIA, LEED AP, the firm principal who is working with Feil. Sydness Architects came to the Feil Organization's attention with the design of The Teagle Foundation offices at 570 Lexington Ave. "The quality of our design and our quick turn-around sold them on hiring us," said Chin. "And we have been designing tenant test-fits since then. We're demonstrating how tenants will get the most out of the variety of spaces available."
