The Feil Organization and MdeAS Architects
conclude redevelopment of Garden City Center

Garden City, NY The Feil Organization has completed its capital improvement program for Garden City Center located at 100 Quentin Roosevelt Blvd. Designed by MdeAS Architects, improvements include a full redevelopment of the common areas and entry experience, enhancing tenant experiences at the Long Island office property.

“Today’s marketplace calls for office space that immediately engages tenants from the moment they walk through our front doors, into the elevators, and into their workspace. This important milestone for our Long Island portfolio is yet another example of our commitment to delivering the highest quality properties and meeting the demand where it is,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial office leasing at the Feil Organization.

“The reimagined 100 Quentin Blvd. has been elevated to meet contemporary needs, with the renovation of the great crescent atrium now showcasing ultra-modern lighting, new landscaping, seating, art installations, and a sculptural wood screen that follows the building’s distinctive curve,” said Dan Shannon, partner at MdeAS Architects.

The redevelopment of Garden City Center opens a new chapter in the Long Island suburban office market. Located along a regional transit hub that connects the deeper parts of Long Island with Manhattan, Garden City Center’s appeal is enhanced.

One of Long Island’s class A office buildings, Garden City Center spans 200,000 s/f and is in close proximity to four Long Island Railroad stations. Built in 1990, it has five glass-walled stories as well as a five-story atrium. Garden City Center offers amenities including a conferencing facility with technology, an on-site fitness center, private and visitor parking availability and a full-service restaurant. Current tenants include professional service firms in the insurance and legal industries.
