Garden City, NY The Feil Organization has completed its capital improvement program for Garden City Center located at 100 Quentin Roosevelt Blvd. Designed by MdeAS Architects, improvements include a full redevelopment of the common areas and entry experience, enhancing tenant experiences at the Long Island office property.
