The Dermot Co. celebrates topping out of 21 West End Avenue project with Tishman Construction and the AFL-CIO building Investment Trust

On Friday, May 1st, The Dermot Company, Tishman Construction, an AECOM Company, and the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust hosted a ceremony to celebrate the "topping off" of 21 West End Ave., Riverside Center's newest rental development. The event commenced with a bucket raising accompanied by the American flag in the center with Tishman Construction, an AECOM Company, and AFL-CIO flags on each side. Shortly after, union construction workers as well as company and project affiliates enjoyed a buffet lunch and special comedy performance from Artie Lange who is renowned for co-hosting The Howard Stern Show and performance on Mad TV. More than 200 guests were in attendance.
