VVA, LLC, an independent project management and consultant firm based in Manhattan, has hired Richard Tesoro to the position of senior associate. Tesoro has been in the real estate industry for nearly thirty years. His vast experience in project management includes expertise in the areas of lease negotiations, programming, design & construction management, financial cost control, and relocation & integration management.
