Tempco named to 2020 list of top fabricators by Glass Magazine

Flushing, NY Tempco Glass Fabrication, a growing regional NY-area glass processing firm, continues to receive industry recognition for its growth since opening in 2013. In its March issue, national trade publication Glass Magazine included Tempco Glass Fabrication on its 2020 list of Top Glass Fabricators in North America. Tempco is one of 70 firms on this year’s list, which includes notable industry leaders such as OldCastle BuildingEnvelope, Trulite, and Viracon.

The Glass Magazine Top Glass Fabricators list, published each year, is based on annual sales volume for the prior year, with firms placed in one of eight revenue categories. Tempco has been recognized on this list since 2015, just two years into operations.

“Launched in 2013, Tempco has grown rapidly, especially in recent years,” said Johnson Chen, general manager for Tempco Glass. “In fact, the company has experienced sales growth of 100% in the past four years, and our dedicated staff has kept pace to ensure quality products and services for our customers.”

Last year, Tempco was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. To keep up with demand that has fueled its growth, Tempco in recent years has expanded factory space, added to its workforce, brought in new equipment, and extended its delivery services throughout the New York metro area. Additional equipment and new services are planned for the coming months.

Tempco utilizes new, modern, state-of-the-art fabrication equipment and techniques. The company prides itself on providing exemplary service, extremely fast turnaround, and value pricing. Tempco is MBE certified by New York State, New York City, and other government agencies.
