What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I represented a group of Hong Kong and Israeli investors in connection with their investment of 50% of the equity in a ground up mixed-use development project, “The Axel” building, located at Atlantic Ave., Brooklyn, NY, consisting of 284 residential rental units, and commercial spaces.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of my recent partnership with The Green House Project and both the educational webinar and conference session I was able to develop and present with them that helped to educate the community about designing beautiful and safe environments for seniors.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Penn 1, for which I am project manager, is a tremendous accomplishment. The repositioning of this 2 million s/f class A office tower in midtown Manhattan serves its tenants and community with three floors of amenities, 1+ acre of public plaza, new storefronts, and high performing triple-pane vision glass.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Something that always sticks with me is when a client or team member thanks me for the work I’ve put in, whether it’s the final product or coordination amongst the team. When people recognize the effort that I am putting into a project, my confidence and drive skyrocket.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I held a key role in the recent acquisition of our smaller firm, to become part of SWBR. Being the main operations manager with our smaller firm I had the knowledge of all pieces of the company (financials, legal, project management, graphics, and human resources).

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? My most significant recent project was the 18,000 s/f office expansion for the Innocence Project.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? TDF is about to close on a 200-bed transitional housing facility. As a society, I believe we tend to underestimate the power of housing and housing stability.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Our recent work with Teen Empowerment is one project that I believe envisions our mission statement here at SWBR and will impact the community in a big way.

What 3 skills do you consider the most important to be successful in your industry? 1. Teamwork

Tell us about a mentor or role model that has influenced your career choices? Over the course of my career my father has been my biggest mentor. With nearly 30+ years of experience, he has extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? As a young professional, I am very proud of being entrusted with the prime project management responsibility for the $36 million Braemar luxury assisted living ground-up development in Montebello, NY.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Launching our Sage Connected App throughout the portfolio, and at the same time launching our Sage Experience Guidelines, which are our brand operating standards.
