Manhattan, NY ATCO Properties & Management has signed a 12-year, 5,181 s/f lease with fast-causal restaurant chain Café Metro at 240-246 West 35th St., an 18-story building in the Garment District.

Brooklyn, NY Thor Equities has leased 8,000 s/f at 180 Bedford Ave. in Williamsburg to Chase Bank, according to company executives. Dean Rosenzweig and Jeremy Scholder of CBRE represented Chase Bank. Sam Sabin and Sam Polese of Thor Equities represented the landlord. The lease term is 10 years. 

Manhattan, NY Brad Schwarz, principal and executive managing director, Lee & Associates NYC has arranged a lease at 2047 Broadway for Pokebab, a fast casual restaurant specializing in poké bowls, burritos and salads. It will be the Williamsburg-based brand’s second unit.

Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, the property manager of 16 West 22nd St., along with building owner, the Yagoda family, their tenant Cote, New York City’s first Korean Steakhouse from restaurateur Simon Kim, was awarded a 2018 Michelin Star. The restaurant occupies 3,897 s/f on the ground floor at 16 West 22nd St., a 12-story, 156,000 s/f building located in the Flatiron District.

Manhattan, NY Buchbinder and Warren Realty Group LLC arranged a 1,750 s/f lease to Art2o Lifestyle Café at 180 Ninth Ave. (formerly FIKA.)
