Queens, NY IPRG brokered the sale of 147-28/46 Jamaica Ave. and 147-23/27 Archer Ave. for $25.5 million. Building plans are approved with a footing in the ground for a 306,454 s/f retail and residential apartment building. A 359-unit residential project is planned for the site, which is linked to a 35-year 421-A tax incentive.
