T. Weiss Realty Corp. leases 8,900 s/f to Accretive Solutions

Accretive Solutions Inc., a leading consulting and executive search firm, has leased space from T. Weiss Realty Corp. for its national headquarters. The company, now located in Hauppauge, leased 8,900 s/f at the Melville Corporate Center I, 105 Maxess Rd., a 150,000 s/f class A office building in the heart of the bustling Rte. 110 Corporate Corridor. "We are pleased to add a company of the caliber of Accretive Solutions to our tenant roster," said Ted Weiss, president of T. Weiss. "It demonstrates the quality of our building and its prime location, which will benefit the company and its employees for years to come." Dirk Hobgood, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Accretive Solutions, said, "In the process of selecting a new home for our corporate headquarters operations, we found 105 Maxess to be the perfect solution for our needs based on location, look and feel, and value for the dollar." Accretive Solutions, formerly known as Horn Murdock Cole and Dickson Allan, is a national leader in its field of specialty, providing consulting services to Fortune 500 corporations, regional companies and many emerging high-technology businesses. Matt Burton, managing partner in the Dallas, Texas, office of Mohr Partners represented the tenant. Craig Weiss, director of leasing at T. Weiss, represented the landlord.
