Diamond of Coldwell Banker Comm'l. NRT completes $1.34m sale

Bradley Diamond of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT has negotiated the signing of a $1.34 million, 3,240 s/f, sale with 350 Great Neck Partners for its multi-tenant, 3-store retail property. The property, located on Great Neck Rd., closed on May 30 with the buyer represented by Up & Up Realty. Diamond is a licensed associate broker who operates out of the Great Neck office and specializes in investment properties, commercial rentals and sales in the town of North Hempstead and surrounding areas. He earned a bachelor of science in International Business from Quinnipiac University and is active in various real estate organizations, as well as the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce. Diamond's ongoing commitment to continuing education, attention to detail and enthusiastic attitude has resulted in his highly successful career.
