T. Weiss Realty Corp., which recently completed renovations at its 532 Broadhollow Corporate Center, plans an Oct. 7 open house for brokers to view the updated building. The landlord also will offer a cash incentive to brokers whose clients sign leases at the property. T. Weiss is offering a $25,000 bonus incentive to a commercial broker who procures a tenant for at least 20,000 s/f in the building by Dec. 31. The incentive provides brokers an opportunity to boost their incomes during challenging times. The promotion will be introduced at the open house, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at the center.  Along with the bonus offer, T Weiss will conduct a drawing for a 42" flat panel TV, among other prizes.
