Syage of Hunt Corporate Services brokers 18,000 s/f industrial lease

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Office Furniture of Long Island has leased 18,000 s/f of industrial space at 140 Lauman Ln. Chuck Syage of Hunt, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord was self-represented. Office Furniture of Long Island is a remanufacturer of office furniture that consists of products made in the United States and Canada. The company refurbishes office furniture to their original quality, and offers products to fit a potential customers' needs. "Office Furniture was interested in a more accessible location with a showroom," said Syage. "This building met those requirements and offered a significant reduction in rent."
