Meet the LICN Member - Hanson
Katherine Hanson is a NYS licensed real estate salesperson with Corporate Commercial Realty since 2009. In addition, she is a Dale Carnegie graduate. Hanson's focus is on tenant and buyer representation in the areas of retail, office and industrial covering both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Her passion is to help her clients fulfill their commercial real estate requirements by first listening to their goals and objectives and then delivering options and solutions. She is a member of the Long Island Commercial Network and currently serves as their administrator.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
