Cohen of Ashlind Properties represents tenant in 15,000 s/f lease

Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties, has arranged a lease for 15,000 s/f of industrial space for Bradley Marketing Group. Bradley Marketing, a commercial printer and distributor promotional materials and apparel, leased the space at 170 Wilbur Place, which is owned by Rechler Equity Partners. Bradley, which currently operates from 135 Fell Court, Hauppauge and West Orange, N.J., is a division of Safeguard Business Systems, based in Dallas, Tex. Cohen represented Bradley in lease negotiations. Harry Stavro was the in-house representative of the landlord.
