“When I met with the landlord, the owner and operator of the Meineke Transmission shop, he was about to retire. I immediately thought that it would be a great location for a 7-Eleven since it was on a highly trafficked corner of Peninsula Blvd. and Franklin Ave. So I contacted them,” said Syage. “After the environmental approval process, a long arduous village approval process, and the demolition and erecting of the new building from the ground up, 7-Eleven is finally open and serving the local community. The landlord is very happy with the financial stability a long term lease is providing during his retirement.”
