SWBR promotes eight employees to associates and shareholders

Rochester, NY SWBR has named Marlee Beers, Adam Bonosky, Jasmine Calhoun, Josh Greenaker, Kimberly Mura, Kris Sambor, Jeff Spenard and Tom Thompson associates and shareholders of the firm.

Beers, RLA, landscape architecture manager, has been with the firm since 2015. Beers manages a variety of projects ranging from urban mixed developments to small-scale complex site designs.

Bonosky, AICP, AIA, senior planner, has been with the firm since 2020 and specializes in urban design projects including community development plans and downtown revitalization plans.

Calhoun, senior finance specialist, has been with the firm since 2020 and is responsible for payroll processing, software training, expense report management, and assisting the finance manager with monthly and year-end reporting.

Greenaker, project designer, is a designer in SWBR’s workplace studio and recently managed the firm’s conversion to Autodesk Construction Cloud. He joined the firm in 2018.

Mura, senior communications coordinator, has been with SWBR since 2014. Mura is responsible for promoting the firm’s brand identity through content writing and public relations.

Sambor, graphic designer, is responsible for the design and creation of the firm’s promotional collateral including marketing materials, website, intranet, and signage. He joined the firm in 2016 .

Spenard, AIA, Syracuse office manager, provides staff leadership and project and business operations management for the firm’s Syracuse team. Spenard joined SWBR in 2022.

Thompson, construction administration manager, has been with SWBR since 2020. Thompson manages the firm’s in-house construction administration team, which ensures project design accuracy through construction completion.

SWBR now has 70 shareholders.
