Since opening its first Brooklyn office exactly one year ago, Stribling & Associates, one of New York's premier residential brokerage firms, has closed over $60 million worth of deals in almost every neighborhood in the borough. Located at 386 Atlantic Ave., where the sought-after neighborhoods of Brooklyn Heights, Boerum Hill, and Downtown Brooklyn converge, the team, which has grown to over 20 agents, is continuing to expand under the leadership of director of sales Catherine Witherwax.

Some of Stribling's standout deals of the past year include setting a new price point record of $947 per ft. at 225 Eastern Pwy. by agent Jeanne Kempton's, as well as some high-profile rentals, such as Dena Driver's successful rental of a Fort Greene triplex of $8,500 per month. The firm also has garnered some top listings, including one of the borough's most beautiful townhouses at 36 Garden Place, listed for $8.25 million, and two amazing loft listings at 55 Berry St. in Williamsburg.
