Kalmon Golgin Affiliates to lease 6,500 s/f at 396 Johnson Avenue

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a 6,500 s/f warehouse at 396 Johnson Ave. on the East Williamsburg/Bushwick border, according to co-presidents Kalmon and Neil Dolgin. KDA's Grant Dolgin will be the exclusive broker for the property. The one-story warehouse offers a 5,000 s/f ground floor with 16-ft. ceilings, and 1,500 s/f mezzanine level, and is ideal for use as a retail space. Located between Morgan Ave. and Bogart St., north of major thoroughfare Flushing Ave., 396 Johnson St. provides a number of transportation options, including the B60 bus route. The L subway stop is right around the corner from the property. The neighborhood is home to several upcoming new developments, including a hotel.
