Currently leading four development teams in the real estate-design & construction of hi-rise luxury condo towers. In the future I look forward to looking up at our projects knowing I had directed the efforts to accomplish our goals. Then a great glass of wine with Gail who gives me inspiration to succeed with my passion to build. Hobbies: Taking in as many Yankee games as I can, playing softball with the old guys on Sundays-a little tennis and golf, catering to the kids and as a food and wine lover I enjoy discovering new restaurants and sharing exotic wine with my wife. Favorite book: "The Fountainhead" Favorite movie: "To Kill a Mockingbird" Person you admire most (outside of family): Michael Caine Key to success: Having been very involved for several years in building hotel and theme park projects with Euro Disney as a Walt Disney Imagineer was a command performance and highlight. If you had to choose another vocation what would it be? I would probably be a country bumpkin veterinarian.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
