Stellar Management signs 1,356 s/f retail lease

Stellar Management has reached a leasing milestone at its newly repositioned commercial property in SoHo, leasing over 16,000 s/f at 123 Lafayette St. According to the firm, Love Hate Social Club has signed a 10-year lease for 1,356 s/f of ground floor retail space. "123 Lafayette St. has surpassed our expectations since acquisition," said Adam Roman, Stellar Management's COO. Additionally,Mission Media - a media and consumer engagement firm - signed a lease for 4,354 s/f to occupy the entire fourth floor. ITG/Glossier was represented by Michael Schoen, Caroline O'Connell, and Brian Neugeboren of Savitt Partners and Mission Media was represented by Dennis Someck and Justin Myers of Lee & Associates. Ellee Kim of Stellar Management represented ownership in these office transactions. Taryn Talmadge of RKF represented Love Hate Social Club, while Andrew Stern of RKF represented ownership. "123 Lafayette St. offers tenants full floor spaces with key-locked elevators, high ceilings, original wooden columns and exposed brick walls," said Kim. "This unique loft space is also in an unbeatable location. SoHo is a hub for innovation and this type of flexible open space has become a requirement for companies looking to grow and thrive in the area. We're excited to welcome these tenants to their new homes at 123 Lafayette St." Recently repositioned and renovated, 123 Lafayette St. is a six-story boutique office building featuring a beautiful new lobby and loft-style layouts with original detailing. The building has been modernized while maintaining its historic character and architecturally significant façade. 123 Lafayette is well-located in the sought-after neighborhood of SoHo and surrounded by Nolita, Chinatown, Little Italy, and TriBeCa, offering an ideal location for tenants in a myriad of industries. Additionally, the building is steps from the N, Q, R and 6 subway lines, making it an ideal commute for tenants, their clients and customers.
