Steer of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin to address IREM members at November 15 breakfast meeting

Manhattan, NY The Greater New York chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) will hold a breakfast meeting on Wednesday, November 15th at the Union League Club.

The morning’s speaker is Richard Steer, partner at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin and the topic is “Employment Issues That Should Keep You Up At Night: Hidden Dangers for Owners and Property Managers.” His discussion includes a recent amendment to the NYC Human Rights law regarding sexual harassment. Steer heads up the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group and their Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) practice. He defends and counsels employers, insurance companies and their policy holders in employment discrimination, labor and housing discrimination litigation. With his depth of experience, he helps clients make informed and practical business decisions.
