Our growth continues to come from selling multifamily, commercial, and development properties throughout New York City. Our capital services division, which we launched last year, is also starting to really take off. Despite a downturn in the number of transactions citywide, particularly in the development sector, we are on track to close more deals year-over-year. Lastly, our research division continues to provide hundreds of asset evaluations to owners looking to get a handle on current market trends and pricing.
