Stassa of NAI Friedland brokers two leases

According to NAI Friedland, its retail division closed two transactions recently. 56,000 s/f at 1 Maple Ave.: Executive vice president Rick Stassa brokered the deal between UBS Realty Investors, LLC, landlord, and Raymour & Flanigan, tenant. Stassa represented tenant in the transaction. The landlord was represented by New England Development. 4,000 s/f at 11 Central Park Ave., Scarsdale: Stassa brokered the deal between Nagenco, Inc., landlord, and Abbey Carpet of Scarsdale, tenant. Stassa represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
