Stassa of NAI Friedland brokers 3,400 s/f lease for the Furniture Zone

NAI Friedland Realty recently brokered a lease of 3,400 s/f at 794-796 Broadway, to the Furniture Zone. The property is close to the intersection of Broadway, Graham, and Flushing Aves. Other notable businesses in the area include Walgreen's, Modells, T-Mobile (coming soon), McDonalds, Footlocker, Gem Store, Rainbow, VIM, Conway, H&R Block, Kid City, Fat Albert, and Woodhull Hospital. The Furniture Zone has other four stores and this new location will be one of their first stores in the area. Rick Stassa represented the tenant and landlord.
