NAI Friedland Realty recently brokered a lease of 3,400 s/f at 794-796 Broadway, to the Furniture Zone. The property is close to the intersection of Broadway, Graham, and Flushing Aves. Other notable businesses in the area include Walgreen's, Modells, T-Mobile (coming soon), McDonalds, Footlocker, Gem Store, Rainbow, VIM, Conway, H&R Block, Kid City, Fat Albert, and Woodhull Hospital.
