Spitalnick of Muss Development acts for landlord at 1556 Third

Muss Development LLC has completed leasing at 1556 Third Ave., the developer's class A office property on the Upper East Side, also known as the Agora Building. Mount Sinai Manhattan Heart leased 4,808 s/f on the fifth floor. Bespoke Education signed a 2,050 s/f lease on the third floor. Bodywise Physical Therapy signed for 813 s/f, and China 2000 Fine Art took 904 s/f, both leased space on the sixth floor. Ross Spitalnick, a senior vice president with Muss Development, represented the landlord in each of the transactions. Tom Ahn and Glen Dawson, represented Mount Sinai Manhattan Heart in-house; Adam Kriegstein, Esq., of The Manhattes Group, represented Bespoke; Carlo Catuogno, of NSNYRE, represented China 2000; and Nancy Washburn, of Jonathan Barry Associates, represented Bodywise. "The Agora Building at 1556 Third Avenue is one of the only pure Class A office properties on the Upper East Side," said Muss principal Jason Muss. "The building continues to draw interest from a variety of tenants looking for premiere, well-located space in one of Manhattan's most fashionable, affluent neighborhoods." Situated at the corner of 87th St. and Third Avenue, the 78,179 s/f Agora Building is one of the only first-class office buildings on the Upper East Side. The property has two entrances and lobbies, one at 177 East 87th St.and the other at 1556 Third Ave., and is conveniently located one block from the Lexington Ave. Subway (4, 5 and 6 trains). With more than 100 years of ongoing business excellence in New York City, Muss Development is the largest development company in the Boroughs of New York City, with more than 10 million square feet of commercial, residential, industrial and retail property developed.
