Cinicolo of HP assists; Goldsmith reps owner Houlihan, Schwartz and McEvoy of HP ink 10,000 s/f

Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC (HP) has represented St. Barnabas Hospital's Southern Medical Group (SMG) in a 10-year lease for 10,000 s/f plus full basement located at 326 East 149th St. James Houlihan, Jamie Schwartz and Meghan McEvoy of HP represented the tenant. Mike Cinicolo of HP consulted the tenant regarding the building's physical and operational issues. Chris Goldsmith represented the owner. Schwartz said, "We were able to assist SMG in the negotiation and search for quality space. The storefront space they chose on 149th St. is easily accessible from major roadways and public transportation. It will enable SMG to provide high quality medical care to the community for many years to come."
