Savitt Partners secures three leases at 530 Seventh; includes 3,400 s/f by Savitt, Schoen, and Neugeboren

Savitt Partners have signed several leases at its 490,000 s/f Art Deco property, 530 Seventh Ave. Contemporary fashion firm Ford Glory Inc. recently signed a lease for 3,400 s/f of new space on the 11th floor. The company specializes in contemporary tops and bottoms. Savitt Partners' Marc Schoen and Brian Neugeboren represented the tenant, while the building ownership was represented by the firm's founder and president, Bob Savitt. JVB International, Inc., a manufacturer of women's fashion footwear signed a 1,700 s/f lease on the 10th floor. The company represents women's fashion footwear brand Carolinna Espinosa. JVB International was represented by Alan Sinovsky of Sinovsky Realty, while Schoen and Neugeboren acted on behalf of the landlord. BM Merchandising Co., Ltd., a men's and women's casual apparel design and manufacturing company specializing in denim and fleece. The company committed to 1,400 s/f on the 11th floor. Evan Lieberman of Winoker Realty Co. represented the tenant in the lease negotiations, while the ownership was represented by Savitt Partners' Schoen and Savitt. "We chose 530 Seventh Ave. because of its great location within the Fashion District," said BM Merchandising's Beili Liu. "We were also attracted to the concentration of premier brands and exciting up-and-comers in the building." "While many of our current tenants are renewing and expanding, we have also seen a number of new fashion companies commit to showroom space at this outstanding Fashion District building," said Schoen. Built in 1930, the 490,000-square-foot, Art-Deco 530 Seventh Avenue is the premier location for many of the hottest fashion companies in the contemporary, junior and missy category, as well as designer, bridge, menswear, urban, footwear and accessory industries. Prominent tenants in the property include Perry Ellis, Max Mara, New Balance, Chaus, LAMade, Michael Stars, TKE, Point A Showroom, Swatfame/Speechless, DC Shoes, Hybrid Apparel, Carmen Marc Valvo, Onward Kashiyama, Heart Soul, Topson Downs, Un Deux Trois Maggy London, YMI Jeanswear and Zappos.
