Specialist Staffing Group signs lease for 13,715 s/f at One World Trade Center

Manhattan, NY According to The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Specialist Staffing Group has signed a lease for 13,715 s/f on the 79th floor of One World Trade Center. Specialist Staffing Group is a global firm providing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) permanent and flexible contract talent to a base of more than 8,200 clients across 14 countries.

The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Eric Engelhardt and Karen Rose and by Newmark’s David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein, Jason Greenstein, and Nathan Kropp. Specialist Staffing Group was represented by Scott Bogetti and William Demuth at Savills.
