Manhattan, NY Ariel Property Advisors facilitated the sale of a 60-unit multifamily building in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood. The 5-story property, located at 104-110 West 144th St., sold for $18.75 million. 

The 150’ wide walk-up building, which spans 51,560 s/f, is located on the south side of West 144th St. between Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. and Lenox Ave. 

Comprised entirely of two-bedroom residential units, the property is currently subsidized under the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) project-based Section 8 program. 

Exclusive agents Victor Sozio, Shimon Shkury, Michael Tortorici, and Matthew Gillis represented the owner and secured the buyer. 

Situated just one block south of the 3 subway line on Lenox Ave. and 145th St., the building benefits from swift access to both downtown and outer-borough locations. In addition, the property has easy access to the Harlem River Dr., West Side Hwy., and the George Washington Bridge.
