Solano launches Got Properties Realty: Built on a premise of quality - not quantity

After being in the commercial real estate business for almost a decade, Diane Solano has recently opened her own commercial real estate office named Got Properties Realty. She has derived her brokerage experience through different venues, especially Andrew Brenner of Prime Realty, which have all been instrumental to the effect that a successful, hard-working, woman can have on this industry. Notwithstanding the tribulations that all brokers experience from one time or another, Solano has come out ahead of the game. "An idea can bring you to places where you never thought you would venture to." Solano has created an exclusive website, www.Got-Properties.com, designed to create a secure, client sensitive, environment. Got Properties Realty is built on the premise of quality, not quantity - which pertains to all spectrums of the commercial brokerage business. Got Properties Realty has partnered themselves with an outstanding array of professionals and investors in the commercial real estate field formed to seal a deal and promote a closing. The commercial brokerage business is based on long-standing relationships of both sellers and investors and will always require the personal touch. Many potential sales have fallen by the wayside due to unavailable information and, more importantly, the necessary follow-ups. By establishing a system using all the technology available we can take the initiative to stay on top of this most important factor. Customers and potential clients still require the human factor, and will always be more inclined to do business with the familiar.
