Socia and Cottet of Pyramid negotiate 20,000 s/f lease to Olum's

Larry Socia and Gary Cottet of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the lease of 20,000 s/f of space at the former Media Play location in Northern Lights Mall. Olum's, who occupies 7,000 s/f of retail store front in the plaza, leased an additional 20,000 s/f of back space for their service center operations. Pyramid represented both the tenant and the landlord. Pyramid is one of upstate New York's largest and regional commercial real estate services firms with over 100 agents in 10 offices across the state.
