Larry Socia and Gary Cottet of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the lease of 20,000 s/f of space at the former Media Play location in Northern Lights Mall.
Olum's, who occupies 7,000 s/f of retail store front in the plaza, leased an additional 20,000 s/f of back space for their service center operations.
Pyramid represented both the tenant and the landlord.
