Brady and Forero of Jack Resnick & Sons lease 4,300 s/f to TD Bank

TD Bank has leased the last remaining ground floor retail space at Jack Resnick & Sons' 880 Third Ave., 4,300 s/f at the northwest corner of 53rd St. The new banking facility is expected to open in the middle of this year. The space was formerly occupied by FedEx. Joanne Podell and Matthew Siegel of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented TD Bank in the long-term lease while Dennis Brady, executive managing director and Patricia Forero, managing director of Jack Resnick & Sons, represented the landlord. The 18-story office tower at 880 Third Ave. is undergoing renovations. The redesign is from plans by the architectural firm Moed de Armas and Shannon.
