Skyline Developers completes $1 million renovation of Post Towers, 19-story, 206-unit apartment building located at 75 West Street

Post Towers, a rental building and once home to the New York Post, has undergone renovations totaling $1 million. Built in 1926 and located at 75 West St. in the Financial District, Post Towers houses 206 apartments. "Skyline Developers is dedicated to providing its residents with an exceptional living space and premium services," said Orin Wilf, president of Skyline Developers. "Our latest updates and advancements at 75 West St. are just another example of commitment to the future of this amazing building." The 19-story building underwent a major internal modernization. Some of the changes include new lighting and painting of the lobby, new carpeting, wall coverings and lighting throughout, refinished terracotta and newly installed light fixtures on each elevator landing. The gym was redesigned and expanded to incorporate all new exercise equipment. A new building link system was also created to assist with tenant/landlord communications. The amenity package includes a 24-hour doorman, rooftop terrace, garage parking, sauna and steam room and an on-site building superintendent. It has incorporated an array of "bonus" amenities including a 4,000 s/f gym, yoga room, children's play room and optional valet and concierge service. The brick building was designed by architect Horace Trumbauer. The building is situated in the Financial District and is located near public transportation and Battery Park, as well as many of the area's finest restaurants, schools, parks and retail shops. Post Towers is 95% occupied and offers apartments ranging from studios to three bedrooms. For more information, visit www.skylinedevelopers.com.
