The building also has expansive natural light, bringing in the outdoor experience and enhancing productivity and employee morale. Outside the confines of the workspace, the development features a gracious tree-lined retail promenade, a stunning courtyard, and two outdoor plazas, providing a welcoming and eco-minded environment. Convenient access to NJ TRANSIT encourages employees to take public transportation to work and on-site electric vehicle charging stations further supports community sustainability.
M Station West built on the completion of the first phase of the development, M Station East, a six-story and 120,000 s/f building that is home to 1,500 Deloitte employees.
