Zach Weiss has joined Sioni & Partners as an associate specializing in the investment sales of multifamily properties in the downtown Manhattan districts.
His career in real estate began in 2008 after graduating from Hamilton College with degrees in both Economics and Art History. He started working for an ALC Environmental, an environmental consulting firm, where he assumed the roles of both a project manager and a marketing associate, and developed a wealth of knowledge surrounding N.Y.C. multifamily properties. In 2010, Weiss chose to turn his attention to real estate finance and investment, and accepted a position with Llenrock Group, a boutique commercial real estate advisory and investment-banking firm based in Philadelphia, Pa.
As an analyst he honed his underwriting skills and knowledge of capital markets while assisting property owners and developers acquire financing and raise capital.
