Simone Development completes 30,000 s/f lease to Ashley Furniture

According to Simone Development Cos., Ashley Furniture has signed a lease for 30,000 s/f at 80 Nardozzi Pl. Ashley Furniture is opening an Ashley Furniture Homestore at the 44,000 s/f building which was formerly a Linens 'N Things store. The store will be Ashley Furniture's 15th store in NYS and its first store in Westchester County. "We are very pleased to announce this major retail lease to Ashley Furniture which is a leading manufacturer and retailer of high quality furniture. Their move to New Rochelle is very positive development for the area's economy," said Joseph Simone, president of Simone and owner of the property.
