Simone Development Companies signs 16,000 s/f in lease expansions

Queens, NY Simone Development Companies has signed a new lease and an expansion for a combined total of nearly 16,000 s/f of medical space at 35-30 Francis Lewis Blvd. in the Flushing neighborhood. The two-story, 37,421 s/f retail and medical center now has three remaining spaces.

ENT and Allergy Associates has signed a long-term lease expansion and renewal, growing their medical private practice from 1,800 to 10,000 s/f. The tenant was represented by Jonathan Serko of Cushman & Wakefield and ownership was represented by Miles Mahony of RIPCO Real Estate.

Additionally, Solaris Health has signed a new, 6,000 s/f, long-term lease at the property and was represented by Wayne Steinberg of Highline Real Estate Advisors. Ownership was represented by Jordan Baruch and Matthew Kucker of Colliers International.

“We are thankful to ENT and Allergy Associates for their continued trust in 35-30 Francis Lewis Blvd. and we are thrilled to see their vision come to life in their new, expanded space,” said Joanna Simone, principal and president of leasing and property management operations for Simone Development Companies. “We would also like to welcome Solaris Health to the property, as they are a perfect fit to an already robust tenant roster of medical and service retail.”
