Silverback Development launches sales at 67 Livingston project

67 Livingston - Brooklyn Heights, NY

Brooklyn, NY Silverback Development has launched sales at 67 Livingston, a boutique condominium that is one of the tallest residential buildings in Brooklyn Heights. The 29-story collection of 22 full-floor residences and one duplex-penthouse will feature expansive layouts, outdoor space and panoramic views.

“67 Livingston marks the arrival of a very rare type of inventory in Brooklyn Heights,” said Josh Schuster, managing principal and founder of Silverback Development. “We expect the building to appeal to buyers looking for the best of both worlds. They will have the benefit of protected, panoramic views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and the harbor, as well as the close proximity to the charming promenade and sought-after attractions of this iconic brownstone neighborhood.”

The building’s exterior is being reimagined by celebrated architecture firm HTO Architect known for their adaptive reuse projects, and innovative design firm CetraRuddy. Each home features herringbone white oak floors throughout, custom oak cabinetry, quartz kitchen countertops and a full Miele appliance suite. Bathrooms will include polished nickel fixtures, custom Bianco Dolomiti vanity tops with stone by Coreno, and a signature deep-soaking bathtub.

The amenity package includes a doorman, a landscaped rooftop terrace, entry courtyard, rear courtyard with salon, children’s playroom, catering kitchen with resident lounge, Simone Zenardi and Valentino Sole-designed wine cellar, and bicycle storage.

“Bold is thrilled to be part of the team for this transformative project in Brooklyn Heights,” said Jordan Sachs, founder & CEO of Bold New York. “This building will resonate with our buyers; full-floor

residences that provide expansive views is rare here. When coupled with HTO and Cetra Ruddy’s exceptional designs - 67 Livingston will deliver an unparalleled product to the neighborhood.”

One of the tallest developments in Brooklyn Heights, 67 Livingston features an ultra-thin design rising out of the distinctive backdrop of Brooklyn Heights’ brownstones and leafy streets. Long considered to be one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Brooklyn, the area is home to prestigious private and public schools, public parks and a thriving culinary and shopping culture. 67 Livingston is conveniently located within walking distance of ten subway lines, providing easy-access to Manhattan and throughout the boroughs.

There are 21 two-to-three-bedroom residences and one duplex penthouse at 67 Livingston, with prices starting at $2.395 million that range in size from 1,700 to over 3,400 square feet. Occupancy is slated for Fall 2018. The building sales gallery and model residences are located on the 19th floor.
