Sidaras joins Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP

Erin Sidaras has joined Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP as an associate. She will focus her practice in the areas of litigation, real estate and land use. Prior to joining the firm, Sidaras was the deputy town attorney for the Town of Islip, and prior to that position she was an assistant town attorney from 2002 until 2009. Sidaras represented the Town of Islip in litigation regarding all aspects of land use, as well as in state and federal Section 1983 civil rights litigation. Since 2001, Sidaras has also practiced as a solo practitioner, representing clients in real estate transactions, litigation, commercial litigation, estate planning, corporate disputes, breach of contract, and land use disputes. For 11 years, she was also a co-owner of Title Abstract Company, underwriting real estate titles through Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title, and United General Title Guaranty Company.
